What is a scam?

1. A lady’s profile is listed on the site but she is unaware of her profile being used.
2. A lady intentionally refuses to video chat with you after previous regular communication which includes letters and text chats, where she ignores chat bookings, does not show up at the agreed time, or doesn't turn on her camera which was previously confirmed by her.
3. A lady asks for money or gifts
4. A lady’s profile is intentionally incorrect – she is in a relationship, she fails to advise that she has children, her age is incorrect, her photos are false.
5. A lady does not turn up at an agreed meeting without good reason

What is not a scam?

1. The agency translator makes errors in a letter
2. The lady has not answered all your questions
3. The lady decides she is no longer interested in you
4. The lady has photos of her relatives, male friends, ex-boyfriend or ex-husband and other personal information posted on any social network.
5. Ukrainian women wear rings on any of their fingers. Wearing rings in Slavic countries does not mean a woman is married, on any finger.
6. The lady refuses to communicate with you via social networks if you found her page yourself. By registering on the site she has agreed to communicate via the site unless contact details are exchanged.
7. The lady has placed her profile on other dating sites. She may choose to do so to increase her chances of finding a suitable man. If she is unaware of her profile being used on other dating sites, that site may not be trustworthy.

Tips to avoid scamming

1. Never send money to a lady. Contact us if a lady asks you for money.
2. Regularly have video/audio chats, not just text chats

Refund policy

We offer refunds where the member has submitted a claim for scamming against a woman (as per the definitions above) that is approved by our site administration, or a refund on unused credits if a member chooses to leave the site.

Abuse policy

We provide a safe environment for all our members and staff. If a member abuses another member (male or female) or any of our team members, we will remove the offender’s profile immediately and they will not be entitled to a refund of their current account balance, nor any credits they have used to communicate with any ladies.
